ALF Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ALF is an automated trading system with an AI consultant. The service includes a trading bot that executes trades on the Bybit exchange, and an AI consultant that analyzes trades and answers questions.

2. Disclaimer

ALF is not a financial advisor. Information and recommendations provided by the service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.

The developer is not liable for any losses incurred from using the service, including but not limited to:

Losses from trading operations
Technical failures of the exchange or service
Changes in market conditions
Algorithm errors

3. Subscription and Payment

Payment is made via Telegram Stars. ALF Pro subscription costs 1000 Stars per month. Free trial period: 7 days. Subscription is renewed manually.

4. Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the service has not been used. To request a refund, contact support through the bot.

5. API Keys

Your exchange API keys are encrypted and stored securely. We do not have access to withdraw funds from your account. We recommend creating keys with trading permissions only, without withdrawal rights.

6. Privacy

We do not share your data with third parties. Collected data: Telegram ID, trade history, strategy parameters — are used solely for service operation. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Eligibility

The service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. By using ALF, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
The use of cryptocurrency services is not prohibited in your jurisdiction
You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction

ALF does not provide services to persons from jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. In case of material changes, we will notify users through the bot and by email. By continuing to use the service after being notified of changes, you accept the updated terms. The current version is always available at this address.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall make every effort to resolve it through negotiation within 30 days from the date of a written claim. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred for resolution in accordance with applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
