Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly over short periods of time. You may lose part or all of your invested funds. Only invest funds you can afford to lose.

2. Past Performance

Past trading performance does not guarantee future results. Historical returns shown in the application or marketing materials do not mean that similar results will be achieved in the future.

3. Algorithmic Trading

ALF uses mathematical algorithms to make trading decisions. Although the algorithm is based on technical analysis and proven indicators:

The algorithm may execute losing trades
Technical failures, network latency, or exchange API issues may affect order execution
Market conditions may change such that the current strategy becomes ineffective
The algorithm cannot predict force majeure events (regulatory changes, exchange hacks, etc.)

The AI consultant explains the actions of the algorithm but does not provide investment recommendations.

The decision to use ALF Trader and trade cryptocurrencies is made by you independently and at your own risk. ALF Trader is not liable for losses arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to:

Losses from trading operations
Losses due to technical failures
Losses due to changing market conditions
Losses due to actions or inactions of third parties (exchanges, providers, etc.)

6. Exchange-Related Risks

ALF Trader interacts with the Bybit exchange via API. The user must be aware that:

The exchange may change its terms of service, fees, or API availability
Funds on the exchange are not insured by any government
The exchange may suspend trading or withdrawals

7. Regulatory Risks

The legal regulation of cryptocurrencies varies across jurisdictions and may change at any time. The user is responsible for complying with the laws of their jurisdiction. Changes in regulation may affect service availability or the ability to trade.

8. API Key Security

ALF Trader uses API keys with trading-only permissions — without withdrawal access. Nevertheless, the user is obligated to:

Not share API keys with third parties
Only use keys with limited permissions (no withdrawal rights)
Regularly check activity on their exchange account
